At
age ten Danica began racing go-karts and quickly knew that racing was
what she wanted to do with her life. She began
racing cars
when she was 16 and built her career until she began racing Indy Cars
in 2005. That same year she was voted Indianapolis Rookie of the Year.
A first win eluded her but she continued to improve her
skills and
was named most popular Indy Car driver by fans three years in a row.
